Judge Michael Dickinsion appeared before the Board to discuss the relocation of the Youth Court/Detention Facility from Esters Boulevard in Biloxi to Seaway Road in Gulfport and issuance of RFP for engineer/architect to implement the move. The Board took this under advisement until the next power point presentation is available.
