The Sheriff reported that 821 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. These numbers include 72 misdemeanors, 30 juveniles (four from Harrison County), 264 state inmates, 26 federal inmates, with 140 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility.
