ORDER declaring that (i) 2.3 acres of real property located in Section 19, Township 6 South, Range 11 West has no viable use to the County and should be declared surplus; and (ii) said property should be sold; and authorizing requests for proposals from qualified real estate brokers for professional services related to the sale thereof pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §19-7-3(2)(b), (1972), as amended.
