ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2403HC043 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Greg Williams for Fish Gate, LLC requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of three (3) parcels totaling 17.98-acres of land. The properties are currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to the A-1 (General Agriculture) District for the purpose of adding this land to the proposed 57-acre extraction operation on a combined 89.5-acre site as shown in the application. Extraction Operations (dirt pits) require a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Commission. The subject property is located at XXXXX Hwy 67. The ad valorem tax parcel numbers are 0903-23-008.000, 0903-23-009.000, 0903-23-012.001, 0903-23-012.002 & 0903-23-013.000.
