ORDER authorizing the transfer from the LACTF - American Rescue Act fund 073-900-950 in the amount of $412,653.10 to the following funds as match on Tidelands projects and board approved on 5/6/2024 agenda:
a) Transfer $287,932.79 to the Tidelands Biloxi River Boat Launch fund 318-000-387 to complete County match and closeout project.
b) Transfer $124,720.31 to the Tidelands West Biloxi River Boat Launch fund 320-000-387 to partially fund County match.
