b) Fraudulent charges involving credit card, no action taken.
c) Potential purchase of properties or negotiations involving:
1) 14055 Seaway Road, Gulfport - action was taken with Order Spreading upon the Minutes within thirty (30) days.
2) WIN Job Center, Gulfport - action was taken with Order Spreading upon the Minutes within thirty (30) days.
3) Shelter (IDD Building) on Maples Road, Gulfport - action was taken related to Engineering Services provided by Machado Engineering with Order Spreading upon the Minutes within thirty (30) days.
