The Board held a hearing at 10:30 a.m. on Case File 2406HC127 for Tax Parcel No. 0310-25-005.002, and received the following comments:

After full discussion the Board adopted an ORDER tabling the appeal filed by Gina Pepe for DNA Underground LLC (Dustin Gartman) of the Planning Commission decision to deny Case File 2406HC127 for a Conditional Use Permit filed by Gina Pepe for DNA Underground LLC (Dustin Gartman) requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Medical Cannabis Dispensary on a 21.5-acre parcel of land as shown on the site plan. The C-2 (General Commercial) District requires a conditional use permit from the Planning Commission to operate a medical cannabis dispensary. The subject property is located at 8288 Firetower Rd, Unit C. The ad valorem tax parcel number is 0310-25-005.002.
