ORDER rejecting the bid submitted by Gulf Coast Solutions, LLC, based upon the recommendation of Brown, Mitchell & Alexander, Inc., Project Engineer, copies of which are attached, for the ARPA Highway 67/Tradition Area Sewer Project due to significant recording errors in the unit bid prices resulting in an error in the overall bid total. A request to withdraw the bid is included.
