c) Comments by Casey Hightower, Alberta Garcia and Ina Dunes, opposed to a Zoning Map Amendment and Conditional Use Permit.
d) Rebuttal by Mark Cumbest and Malcolm Jones.
After full discussion, The Board adopted an ORDER denying the appeal and thereby concurring with the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny the rezoning filed by Heinrich & Associates, LLC for Mark Cumbest et.al. and Wessler Enterprises L.P. for the purpose of developing a single-family residential subdivision known as Highland Gardens.
