ORDER reconvening from executive session into open session at 11:55 a.m. The Board Attorney reported that the Board discussed all matters as listed above:
a) Potential purchase of real estate for use as the Diversion Center building. The Board took action in executive session with the order to be spread upon the minutes within 30 days.
b) Potential litigation matter involving Youth Court personnel. No action taken.
