After discussion the Board exited closed session and upon motion in open meeting voted to go into executive session, pursuant to the terms of Miss. Code Ann. §25-41-7 (1972), as amended, for discussion of:
a) Potential litigation matter involving Youth Court personnel
b) Potential negotiations of real estate for use as the Diversion Center building
