Janet McCarroll (Gulf Coast Classic Company), Shaylyn Benefield, Maria DeAnglis and Mariano Barvie (counsel) appeared before the Board to discuss the contract for the Fairgrounds and use of county equipment on the premises to maintain the fairgrounds during horse events. The lease includes a hold harmless provision, liability insurance is required and any damage to equipment during the event is the responsibility of the leasee for the cost of repairs to the equipment.
