ORDER authorizing disposal of inactive records of the Harrison County Justice Court, which are eligible for disposal in accordance with Retention Schedules previously approved by Local Government Records Committee and adopted by the Board of Supervisors:

 

     a)  Miss. Code § 9-11-11, Closed Civil Cases 1988 thru 2015, Biloxi Justice Court, retention 7 1/2 years per MDAH Records Disposal Authorization attached.
