a) $15,000.00 to Martin Luther King Jr. Committee for recognition in all media advertisement and a banner.
b) $1,000.00 to the Biloxi Bay Area Chamber of Commerce to advertise county resources with members. (District 5 - Barret)
c) $1,000.00 to the Second Street Social Club to advertise at the 4th annual Mardi Gras parade and concert by radio/TV, banner, website and full page ad in program. ($500.00 District 2 - Powers and $500.00 District 4- Jones)
