ORDER approving assumption of 5 street lights in Sanctuary Trails Subdivision, Phase 2, and 6 street lights in Sanctuary Trails, Phase 3 located in Section 25, Township 6 South, Range 11 West, Supervisor's Voting District 5, First Judicial District, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. (The final plat was accepted January 3, 2023 for Phase 2 and April 3, 2023 for Phase 3.)
