ORDER authorizing disposal of inactive records listed, which are eligible for disposal in accordance with Retention Schedules previously approved by Local Government Records Committee and adopted by the Board of Supervisors:
a) GCS 17 06, Petitions for Change in Assessed Value, 2019 and prior years, retention three years after conclusion of action.
b) GSC 01 49, Disallowed Homestead Exemption Charge Backs, 2018 and prior years, retention four years after the date taxes are due.
c) GSL 02 06, Bank Statements, Circuit Clerk Account #670, 1982 and before, retention five years.
d) GSL 02 15, Cancelled Checks, Circuit Clerk Account #669, 1976 and before, retention five years after close of fiscal year.
e) GSL 02 20, Check Stubs, 1998 Jury Account, retention three years after release of audit.
