ORDER concurring with the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission attached as Exhibit "A", pertaining to incentives related to ad valorem taxes under Section 27-31-104 of the Miss. Code of 1972, as amended, in connection with Project Helio; approving such incentives, subject to reaching acceptable agreement.
