RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the issuance of taxable tax increment limited obligation bonds, Series 2025, (Bridgewater Bay Project), of Harrison County Mississippi, in the principal amount not to exceed $350,000.00 of an authorized principal amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00 to raise money for the purpose of paying the cost of the infrastructure improvements (as herein defined) and the costs of issuance; authorizing and approving the forms of and the execution and delivery of a bond purchase agreement and certain other documents in connection with the bonds; authorizing proper officers to do all other things deemed necessary or advisable in connection with such bonds; and for related purposes.
