After discussion, the Board exited closed session at 11:57 a.m. and upon motion in open meeting voted to go into executive session, pursuant to the term of Miss. Code Ann. §25-41-7 (1972), as amended, for discussion of potential litigation regarding E-911 radio managed services contract.
