ORDER concurring with the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission to enter into that certain dredge material disposal agreement to allow J.E. Borries, Inc. non-exclusive access to the C-1 dredge material disposal area owned and maintained by the Harrison County Development Commission for the purpose of disposing dredge material on the terms and conditions contained in the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
