ORDER approving Change Order No. 2 with Specialty Contractors & Associates, Inc. for a total increase of $60,266.28 to replace inlet tops with hinged tops as described in the attached proposal. This type of lid was not identified prior to the project bid and will keep lids from being lost or stolen in the future. ARPA/MCWI funds are available to fully cover the cost and will save the County money in the future when these lids don’t have to be replaced; and authorizing the Board President to execute documents.
