ORDER approving Change Order No. 1 with Apple Construction for the Flatbranch Regional Pump Station project to avoid installing pressure sewer pipe under storm drain structures. Bore will be 14” HDPE rather than 12” C-900, resulting in an increased cost of $60,804.75. Grant funding is available to cover the cost of the change; and authorizing the Board President to execute the same.
