ORDER approving Change Order No. 2 with Apple Construction, as recommended by Digital Engineering, adding flow diversion and pump/vac trucks to enable sludge removal at the treatment plant where the pipe connection will be made. Change Order adds $6,993.00 to total contract price based on unit prices, but will be measured and paid based on actual hours needed. Authorize Board President to execute documents.
