ORDER concurring with and approving the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 20.0 acres of Real Property, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to said Resolution, to CORE X Gulfport Propco, LLC in accordance with the Purchase and Sale Agreement attached as Exhibit “B” to said Resolution, and authorizing the Board President to execute all necessary documents.
