ORDER authorizing County action to complete infrastructure repairs at the Reserve at Carr Bridge, Phase 2, including final pavement work; to draw on the attached Letters of Credit for Project No. 1330003780 - Asphalt Lift in the amount of $49,500.00 and Project No. 1330003799 - Maintenance in the amount of $18,000.00; and to track and recover any additional costs incurred in completing these repairs from the developer.
