ORDER approving Amendment No. 1 to the Proposed Agenda dated April 14, 2025, for the purpose of including, for consideration, the item set forth below:
a) ORDER authorizing the Harrison County Road Manager to issue a permit with conditions to Cash Out 3, LLC to close and use the Tradition Parkway north of St. Patrick High School on April 18 and 19, 2025.
b) ORDER authorizing advertisement to receive bids for flooring replacement at the First Judicial District Courthouse, Gulfport, MS in the following areas:
1) Chancery Clerk's Office (Vinyl Plank Flooring)
2) Vault in Chancery Clerk (Vinyl Plank Flooring)
3) Circuit Courtroom 1 (Carpet)
4) Circuit Courtroom 2 (Carpet)
5) Circuit Courtroom 3 (Carpet)
6) Jury Room (Carpet)
7) Jury Assembly Room (Carpet)
