ORDER reconvening from Executive Session into open session at 11:50 a.m. The Board Attorney reported that the Board discussed the following matters:
a) Lopez vs. Harrison County - The Board took official action, with the Order to be spread upon the minutes within 30 days;
b) Wells vs. Harrison County - The Board did not take official action;
c) Harrison County Fairgrounds - The Board did not take official action; and
d) Motorola - The Board did not take official action.
