ORDER concurring with and approving the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 0.50 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A," to STS Properties, LLC in accordance with the Real Estate Purchase Offer attached hereto as Exhibit "B", having a purchase price of Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($5,000.00), authorizing the conveyance of said Real Property pursuant to a Special Warranty Deed in substantial conformity with Exhibit “C”, and authorizing the Board President to execute all necessary documents.
