Donna McArthur appeared before the Board to present a claim for damages to her vehicle, allegedly sustained while traveling on Bells Ferry Road, stating that an object went under her car and subsequently caused the air conditioner to stop functioning, despite it working properly beforehand. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER denying the claim due to insufficient evidence to establish that Harrison County acted negligently.
