ORDER approving Change Order No. 1 with J.E. Talley Construction, Inc., to add erosion control blanket and riprap in areas with increased erosion issues identified during construction. Guardrail terminal ends are also being modified and weather impact to construction time is included, resulting in a contract increase of $27,908.80 and 28 additional days. Authorize Board President to execute documents.
