ORDER designating the following:
(1) RFP's to Provide Professional Science Services and Equipment for Water Quality Station and Monitoring at Rigolets Straight for the Mississippi Sound Coalition Project.
(a) to be received by the Chancery Clerk, Purchase Clerk or respective designees of Harrison County, scheduled to received and opened on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Conference Room.
(b) Any Supervisor, County Administrator, Department Head and Purchase Clerk (as a non-voting member), or respective designees, to serve on a Selection Committee to review received qualifications and make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
(2) RFP's for Generator Relocation and Installation.
(a) to be received by the Chancery Clerk, Purchase Clerk or respective designees of Harrison County, scheduled to received and opened on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Emergency Management Conference Room; and
(b) Any Supervisor, County Administrator, Department Head and Purchase Clerk (as a non-voting member), or respective designees, to serve on a Selection Committee to review received qualifications and make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
(3) Bids to be received by the Chancery Clerk, Purchase Clerk or respective designees of Harrison County for the Harrison County Courthouse Parking Structure Rehabilitation Project in Gulfport, Mississippi, scheduled to be opened Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Emergency Management Conference Room.
