ORDER authorizing and approving Change Order No. 1 with LJ Construction Inc., for the Firetower Road Sewer System Improvements ARPA/MCWI project to incorporate boring requirements associated with a permit to cross two gas lines, with a change order increase of $24,890.00 fully covered by available grant funding, as reviewed and recommended by Chiniche Engineering & Surveying, and further authorizing the Board President to execute all documents.
