ORDER authorizing and approving Change Order No. 1 with Holliday Construction, LLC, for the Herman Ladner Road Extension to incorporate a concrete curb, concrete flumes, riprap energy dissipation, sodding along high erosion areas and to adjust final quantities of contract items, resulting in a total change order decrease of $1,792.55 and an addition of 30 calendar days to the project, as recommended by Digital Engineering, and further authorizing the Board President to execute all documents.
