ORDER accepting the lowest and best competitive bid from Rod Waller Painting & Drywall, to wash and prep exterior walls and apply two coats of quality paint, at Good Deeds Community Center in the amount of $25,680.00, and authorizing County Administrator to execute the agreement for services, payable from Account No. 001-121-540, as requested by the Director of the Community Civic Centers.
