ORDER approving Change Order No. 1 for the ARPA Kiln-Delisle Sewer project with Southern Colonial Construction, LLC, to incorporate additional conduit between the grinder pumps and alarm panels, as recommended by Chiniche Engineering & Surveying; said Change Order increases the contract by $3,910.00, to be funded 100% with grant funds; and further authorizing the Board President to execute all related documents.
