Code 17-3-1 et seq as necessary to advertise and bring into favorable notice, opportunities, possibilities, and resources of Harrison County, Mississippi, and which in the judgment of such board or boards will be helpful toward advancing the moral, and/or financial and/or other interests of the county including all forms of advertising, including but not limited to broadcast advertising, logo recognition on publicity collateral, other media, and all broadcast, printed material and signage along with the link displayed to Harrison County Online: <<<https://harrisoncountyms.gov>>>. All recipients are required to provide proof of advertising prior to receipt of funds.

b) $2,500.00 to Greater Biloxi Economic Development Foundation, Inc., for Christmas on the Avenue, December 18-20, 2025
c) $500.00 to Mt. Olive Masonic Lodge #83, for Night of Healing from Domestic Violence, at Orange Grove Community Center, December 6, 2025
d) $4,000.00 to the Dream Program, for Holiday activities, music programs, wellness programs at the center, advertising online and any printed material
e) $2,000.00 to Pathways2Possibilities, for the 12th Annual P2P Coast Career Expo 2025, November 19-20, 2025 at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center
