ORDER reconvening from Executive Session into Open Session at 11:45 a.m. The Board Attorney reported that the Board discussed the following matters, and no Board action was taken:
a) A potential matter of litigation involving the Sand Beach Department;
b) A personnel matter involving the Harrison County Administration Department;
c) A personnel matter involving the Harrison County Development Commission.
