Jay Oberlies, with Southern Benefits Solutions, appeared before the Board to present a supplemental insurance proposal that would be available for county employees to participate in. The Board directed Jennifer Ibele, Insurance Coordinator, to compare the existing plan with the one proposed by Southern Benefits and report her findings to the Board at a later date.
