ORDER approving Change Order 1 with Gulf Coast Solutions, LLC, as recommended by Overstreet & Associates, increasing the project cost by $341,207.00 and time by 154 days, primarily due to utility conflicts that necessitated a change from direct bury to directional drilling of pipe for the force main installation on a section of County Farm Road. Also adjusting the Landon Road crossing to avoid road closure and adjusting some piping at the existing lift station connection. ARPA and MCWI funding is available to cover 100% of change costs. Authorize the Board President to execute documents.
