ORDER accepting and approving Final Pay Application No. 6, Summary Change Order No. 2 to reflect actual quantities used on the project, and all closeout documents for the ARPA / MCWI North Carr Bridge Drainage project with JE Talley Construction, Inc., as recommended by Covington Civil and Environmental as attached. Authorize Final Payment in the amount of $24,205.54 and authorize Board President to execute all included documents.
