ORDER accepting and approving Final Pay Application No. 5, Summary Change Order No 1 to reflect actual quantities used on the project, and all closeout documents for the ARPA / MCWI White Plains Drainage project with JE Talley Construction, Inc., as recommended by Covington Civil and Environmental as attached. Authorize Final Payment in the amount of $58,710.64 and authorize Board President to execute all included documents.
