ORDER approving Change Order 2 with Southern Colonial Construction LLC to add a pay item for 3” HDPE bore installation and approximately 990 LF of 3” bore at the quoted price, as recommended by the design engineer Chiniche Engineering & Surveying. Change order will add $28,333.80 to the contract. Grant funds are available for 100% of the cost. Authorize Board President to execute included documents for the Menge Avenue Sewer System Improvement project.
