The Board held a hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Case File 2509HC123 and received the following comments:
a) Introduction by Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator.
b) Comments by Dylan Cala, applicant for the variance
c) No opponents were present at the hearing.
After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving the appeal and overturning the Planning Commission's decision to deny a Variance to allow for a 47-foot tall billboard instead of the maximum allowed height of 30 feet for an existing outdoor advertising sign.
