ORDER approving Supplemental Agreement No. 2 for Lane Construction Company of Mississippi, Inc., for Canal Road and Landon Road Intersection, Project No. SA-24(59), to add the following items to repair a sewer force main and to add raised pavement markers to the contract, in the amount of $12,456.00, paid through State Aid Project, as recommend by Douglas K. Rackley, P.E., State Aid Engineer, and authorizing the Board President to execute same:
a) S-627-K Red Clear Reflective High Performance Raised Markers - 20 @ $12.00 = $240.00
b) S-627-L Two-way Yellow Reflective High Performance Raised Markers - 304 each @ 12.00 = 3648.00
c) 621-B Requisite Work 1 Lump Sum = $8,568.00
