ORDER approving Change Order 2 with DNA Underground, LLC, for the ARPA/MCWI Hwy 67 / Tradition Area Regional Sewer Expansion project and authorizing Board President to execute. Change order increases the contract value by $766,180.00 and adds 100 contract days. This will offset quantity under runs in the existing contract scope, and grant funding is available to fully cover the balance.
