ORDER approving Change Order 2 with LJ Construction Inc., for the ARPA/MCWI Firetower Road Sewer System Improvements Project, to include a pump station and service connection for commercial use (Currently NECOs) at the north end of the project. Change Order included an increase of $37,573.25 and 10 additional contract days and grant funds are available to fully cover the cost. Authorize the Board President to execute documents.
