After discussion, the Board exited Closed Session at 11:41 a.m., and upon motion in open meeting the Board voted to go into Executive Session, pursuant to the terms of Miss. Code Ann. § 25-41-7 (1972), as amended, for the purpose of discussing strategies for the following matters:
a) Personnel matter involving Insurance
b) Personnel matter involving Engineering
c) Potential Litigation involving EOC matter
