ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2601HC002 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Taryn Carter for Ronald Carter requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 3.3-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District.
