ORDER approving the following documents related to the Isiah Fredericks Ballfield Concession Building, as recommended by Seymour Engineering, and authorizing the Board President to execute same:
a) Change Order No. 1 to Calder Co. LLC, Inc., decreasing the contract amount by $1,632.50.
b) Pay Application No. 3 (final) in the amount of $16,567.50, to Calder Co. LLC, payable from 001-520-581.
