ORDER approving Change Order 3 for the ARPA / MCWI Firetower Sewer Project with LJ Construction Inc., for an increase in time of 90 days relating to delays with the Coast Electric Power service and delays with coordinating with residents to coordinate service connections, as recommended by Chiniche Engineering & Surveying and Jaclyn Turner, County Engineer. No change to project cost is included and this time extension completes work within the grant timeline. Authorize Board President to execute documents.
